1. The Service#

TheProfitPath is a trading journal and analytics platform with optional AI coaching, a Market Monitor, a community and a developer API. It is a software and educational tool. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, financial adviser, portfolio manager, signal service, tax adviser or custodian, is not licensed as any of these, and does not hold client money or execute trades.

2. Legal documents#

Your relationship with us is governed by the following documents, which should be read together:

• the Terms of Service, including its country-specific terms;
• the Privacy Policy, with its regional disclosures, and the Cookie Policy;
• the Refunds, Cancellation and Withdrawal policy, including the model withdrawal form;
• the Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines, which describe moderation, reporting and appeals;
• the AI Transparency Notice;
• the Data Processing Addendum and the subprocessor list for organizations; and
• the Accessibility Statement.

3. Consumer dispute resolution#

If you are a consumer and have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected]; most matters are resolved within a few days. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise, we do not participate in them. Nothing here limits your right to bring a claim before the courts or a consumer authority of your country of residence.

4. Responsible security disclosure#

If you find a security vulnerability, email [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. We acknowledge reports within five business days, keep you informed while we fix the issue and credit you here if you wish. Please give us a reasonable time to fix a problem before publishing it, do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, do not degrade the Service for others, and stop testing the moment you reach personal information. Good-faith research that follows these rules is authorised under our Terms, and we will not pursue claims against you for it. Machine-readable details are published at /.well-known/security.txt.

5. Copyright and trademarks#

The Service, its software, design, documentation and product content are protected by copyright and other laws. TheProfitPath and its logo are trademarks of the operator. TradingView, Stripe, Notion, Google, OpenAI, Mistral AI, Cloudinary and every other third-party name on the Service are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify those products; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. To report a copyright problem, use the report content form or write to [email protected]. Section 16 of the Terms explains what a notice must contain.

6. Liability for content and links#

We are responsible for our own content. Content published by users is theirs; we do not monitor every post before it appears and act on notices as described in the Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines. Links and embedded content from third parties (charts, market data, news, GIFs) are controlled by those providers; we checked them when they were added and remove links on notice of an infringement.
